目的:了解象山半岛中华按蚊传播疟疾潜势。方法:采用媒介能量调查方法计算中华按蚊叮人率、人血指数、叮人习性和预期传染期寿命等参数,再按照Carrett-Jones公式求取中华按蚊媒介能量和基本繁殖率。结果:中华按蚊基本繁殖率平均为1.22,其中7月份最高,为4.16。结论:虽然当地中华按蚊媒介能量和基本繁殖率全年接近1,但在特定时间段内,中华按蚊具有一定的疟疾传播能力,存在疟疾流行的可能。
Objective: To understand the potential of malaria transmitted by Anopheles sinensis in Xiangshan Peninsula. Methods: We calculated the parameters of Anopheles sinensis breech rate, human blood index, bite habit, expected life expectancy of infection and other parameters by using the medium energy survey method, and then calculated the medium energy and the basic reproduction rate of Anopheles sinensis according to Carrett-Jones formula. Results: The average reproductive rate of Anopheles sinensis was 1.22, the highest in July was 4.16. Conclusion: Although the energy and the basic reproduction rate of Anopheles sinensis were close to 1 in the whole year, Anopheles sinensis has certain malaria transmission ability in a certain period of time, and the possibility of malaria epidemic exists.
