轮胎压路机在工作一段时间后,轮胎内的气压会下降并导致压路机的接地比压发生变化,因此,需要在压实过程中对轮胎压力进行及时调整。设计开发出轮胎压路机自动充气系统,该系统采用基于CAN总线的电子控制技术,可有效解决轮胎压路机的自动充气问题,使轮胎压路机接地比压保持在合理的范围内。轮胎自动充气系统的成功应用,使得轮胎压路机的整体性能和市场竞争力得到显著提升。
Tire roller in the work of a period of time, the tire pressure will drop and lead to the road roller pressure than the pressure changes, therefore, need to be compressed during the tire pressure on the timely adjustment. The automatic inflation system of the tire roller is designed and developed. The system uses electronic control technology based on CAN bus, which can effectively solve the problem of automatic inflation of the tire roller and keep the pressure ratio of the tire pressure roller within a reasonable range. The successful application of automatic tire inflation system makes the tire roller overall performance and market competitiveness has been significantly improved.
