随着改革的深化,事业单位的组织体制、管辖范围、隶属关系不断发生变化,基层事业单位工会组织的构成也在不断变化。基层事业单位工会坚持围绕本单位中心工作任务,团结动员广大干部职工坚定信心,凝聚广大干部职工的智慧和力量,在谋发展、调结构、促和谐、保稳定工作中发挥了积极作用。然而因重视程度、体制机制等因素影响,基层事业单位工会建设和工作面临一些问题,主要有以下几个方面。(1)工会干部队伍建设有待于加强。在人员配备方面,一些基层事业单位
