以西门子840D数控系统为实验平台,提出了交流伺服系统转动惯量辨识的新方法,该方法利用840D数控系统的同步动作功能,实现了M序列形式的速度激励信号的给定以及驱动力矩设定值和轴速度输出值数据的采集;基于最小二乘辨识算法,利用Matlab系统辨识工具箱对采集的输入输出数据进行辨识,实现了交流伺服系统转动惯量的辨识.实验结果表明:所提出的辨识方法能准确地辨识出伺服系统的转动惯量,该方法简单、有效,适合数控伺服系统模型的辨识.
Based on Siemens 840D numerical control system, a new method of identification of moment of inertia of AC servo system was put forward. By using the synchronous motion function of 840D CNC system, the setpoint of speed excitation signal and the set value of driving torque And the shaft speed output value of the data acquisition; based on least squares identification algorithm, using Matlab System Identification Toolbox to identify the input and output data acquisition, AC servo system to achieve the identification of moment of inertia.Experimental results show that: the proposed identification method Can accurately identify the moment of inertia of the servo system, the method is simple and effective, suitable for numerical servo system model identification.
