近几年,在体育与健康课程改革的有关专业书籍和期刊中,也很少提到“运动负荷”。研究表明,我国青少年体质连续多年下降,这与体育教学实践中追求轻松愉快的课堂氛围,不重视运动负荷是有关的。因此,必须树立合理的运动负荷的思想,正确认识和安排教学中学生的合理运动负荷并遵循一定的要求,做好课前合理运动负荷的设计并在教学过程中及时调控运动负荷,将学生的合理运动负荷落到实处,以增强学生体质。
In recent years, few related professional books and periodicals in the reform of physical education and health curriculum have also mentioned “exercise load ”. Research shows that the constitution of Chinese teenagers has been declining for many years in succession, which is related to the pursuit of relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere in PE teaching practice, with no emphasis on exercise load. Therefore, we must establish a reasonable idea of exercise load, correctly understand and arrange the reasonable exercise load of teaching students and follow certain requirements, do a good job of pre-class exercise load design and timely control of the exercise load in the teaching process, the students reasonable Exercise load down to enhance students’ physique.
