掩蔽疗法能促进患者对耳鸣的适应,并以其简便性、安全性的独特优势成为治疗耳鸣的常用方法。通过调查发现,蝉鸣声是最常见的耳鸣声之一,但国内外尚无相关的研究报告以合成蝉鸣声作为掩蔽声来治疗耳鸣的案例。因此,本文借鉴成熟的人类声学理论,以合成蝉鸣声及实现其多样性变化为例,提出了一种合成医用掩蔽声的方法,同时解决了频谱搬移过程中能量损失的问题。实验表明,该方法取得了良好的效果,具有实用参考价值。
Masking therapy can promote patients to adapt to tinnitus, and with its unique simplicity of convenience, safety has become a common method of treatment of tinnitus. Through the survey found that cicadas are one of the most common tinnitus, but there is no relevant research report at home and abroad to synthesize cicadas as masking sound to treat tinnitus cases. Therefore, based on the mature theory of human acoustics, this paper proposes a method of synthesizing medical masking sound and synthesizing cicadas and realizing the diversity change, and solves the problem of energy loss during spectrum shifting. Experiments show that the method has achieved good results, with practical reference value.
