导读2009年新医改方案实施以来,国家出台了诸多促进卫生人才队伍建设的指导性文件,有力地促进了我国医务人员总量的迅猛发展,并且其学历结构优化、队伍更加年轻化。但是,医务人员总量上的快速增长并未带来医疗机构人才结构更加合理、人才作用发挥得更好,以及后备人才队伍建设的提升。为此,以北京协和医学院人文学院张新庆教授牵头的课题组结合2013年开展的全国医务人员从业状况调查结果、国家卫生统计数据、文献分析和访谈,
Since the implementation of the new medical reform plan in 2009, the state has promulgated many guiding documents to promote the construction of a contingent of health personnel, which has effectively promoted the rapid development of the total number of medical personnel in our country. The academic structure has been optimized and the team has been younger. However, the rapid growth in the total medical staff did not bring about a more rationalized structure of personnel in medical institutions, a better role of personnel, and an enhancement of the contingent of qualified personnel.
