头发是蛋白质组织,其代谢活性极低,是代谢的终末产物。毛囊可以看作为微小的微量元素排泄器官,已知砷、汞、铅、硒、铋等元素在毛囊与巯基、氨基等结合而进入角蛋白质分子。
