研究了低温晶粒微细化处理工艺,金相法实验结果表明,采用一次低温晶粒微细化处理工艺,可使Q45CrNiMoVA钢过热组织晶粒度从-3级上升到8级;为后续的调质处理作组织准备,与正常组织工件相比,最终热处理的变形量及力学性能指标相同。
The results show that the grain size of the overheated microstructure of Q45CrNiMoVA steel increases from -3 to 8 with a single low temperature grain refinement process. For the subsequent tempering treatment Tissue preparation, compared with the normal tissue workpiece, the final amount of heat treatment deformation and mechanical properties of the same indicators.
