针对烧结点火控制,综合考虑强度、温度对点火质量的影响,提出一种强度控制、温度辅控方案。为进一步提高控制质量,燃气、空气回路采用Fuzzy-PID复合控制,空/燃比可在线变步长寻优。
Aiming at the ignition control of sintering, considering the influence of intensity and temperature on the ignition quality, an intensity control and temperature control scheme are proposed. In order to further improve the control quality, Fuzzy-PID compound control is adopted for the gas and air circuits, and the air / fuel ratio can be optimally variable on the line.
