1.前言 饮用的自来水一般要经过源水加混凝(矾液)反应、平流沉淀池沉淀、快滤池过滤、加氯气消毒等工艺过程。净水工艺如图1所示。 投药(即加矾、加氯)是水厂净水工艺中极为重要的一环。由建设部颁布的《城市供水行业2000年技术进步发展规划》中要求各类水司,特别是一、二类水司到2000年要逐步达到进水剂和消毒剂的自动化加注,工程实践证明:自动加氯加矾的实现,可以最大限度地改善水厂出水水质,减少矾耗与氯耗,降低生产成本,促进企业的经济效益的提高,也稳定水质,提高管理水平,减轻劳动强度,为确保安全生产,优质供水提供重要保障。
