太原电视台着眼于我国即将加入WTO,着眼于世界电视产业的发展趋势,着眼于广大观众日益增长的精神文化需求,从办好专业频道着手,积极探索按市场规律运作的新办法、新经验,于1999年12月将该台第二套节目定名为“百姓频道”,进行改革试点,走出了一条讲政治与善经营同频共振、抓导向与创利润功能耦合的电视市场化经营的发展道路。改革第一年就取得了两个效益大幅度提高。收
Focusing on China’s imminent accession to the WTO, focusing on the development trend of the television industry in the world, Taiyuan TV set out to focus on the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the vast audience. From a good professional channel, Taiyuan Television actively explored new ways and new experiences operating in accordance with market rules. In December 1999, the second program of the station was named “People’s Channel” and conducted a pilot reform. It has taken the road of developing the market-oriented operation of television by coupling the functions of politics and good business with the resonance of the same frequency and with the guidance and profit-making functions.
