1990～1996年我们为了探讨下鼻甲切除术后鼻腔填塞物对手术疗效的影响,用凡士林油纱条填塞止血(A组)108例,用明胶海绵填塞止血(B组)120例,经观察使用明胶海绵填塞法获得满意疗效,现将临床资料报道如下。 208例患者,男126例,女102例,年龄18～45岁,病程3～20年。术前均测出凝血时间、血小板计数未见异常。在局麻下行双侧下鼻甲部分切除术,术中有明显出血点行电烧灼止血。术毕,A组按传统的方法应用凡
From 1990 to 1996, we investigated the effect of nasal packing on the curative effect after inferior turbinatectomy. We used vaseline gauze to fasten the hemostasis (group A) to 108 cases and gelatin sponge to stop the bleeding (group B) to 120 cases. Gelatin sponge packing method to obtain satisfactory results, the clinical data are reported below. 208 patients, 126 males and 102 females, aged 18 to 45 years, duration of 3 to 20 years. Preoperative clotting time were measured, no abnormal platelet count. Under local anesthesia bilateral inferior turbinate resection, surgery was bleeding line electric burn cautery.
