目的:探讨人牙龈组织中内皮素(ET)及一氧化氮合成酸(NOS)的分布及含量的变化与牙周病发病的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学,组织化学方法及计算机图像处理技术对20例正常人和20例慢性牙周炎患者的牙龈组织中ET、NOS等免疫活性物质进行了定性及定量的观察分析。结果:在牙周病牙龈组织中NOS含量比正常组织中有所增高,ET含量显著增高。(P<001)。而在分布特点上二者变化不明显。ET主要分布在小血管及毛细血管内皮内,NOS主要包绕于血管壁周围。结论:在病变组织中,ET、NOS含量的增加,可能与牙周组织损害及牙周疾病的发生密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the distribution and content of endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in human gingival tissue and its relationship with the onset of periodontal disease. Methods: Immunohistochemistry, histochemistry and computer image processing techniques were used to qualitative and quantitative analysis of ET, NOS and other immune active substances in gingival tissues of 20 normal subjects and 20 chronic periodontitis patients. Results: The content of NOS in periodontal gingival tissue was higher than that in normal tissue, and the content of ET was significantly increased. (P <001). In the distribution of the two changes are not obvious. ET mainly in the small blood vessels and capillary endothelium, NOS mainly around the vessel wall. Conclusion: The increase of ET and NOS in diseased tissues may be closely related to the periodontal tissue damage and periodontal disease.
