为了完善轻型可移动房屋结构的设计理论与方法,通过灾后恢复重建实际调查及野营房屋的使用情况调查,划分了轻型可移动房屋的设计使用年限。基于可靠度设计方法,依据概率理论极限状态设计准则,运用校准法得到不同设计使用年限房屋的目标可靠指标,在此基础上建立了移动房屋承载能力极限状态的分项系数设计表达式。运用蒙特卡罗方法和响应面模拟分析方法,对正常使用极限状态下可移动房屋适用性变形进行分析,给出了基于目标可靠指标下的可移动房屋主要受力构件的变形限值,为轻型可移动房屋结构设计与分析提供了可靠的理论依据。
In order to improve the design theory and method of lightweight movable housing structure, the design service life of light movable housing is divided according to the investigation of actual investigation and the use of camping houses after disaster recovery and reconstruction. Based on the design method of reliability, according to the theory of ultimate state design of probability theory, the target reliability index of houses with different design service life is obtained by the calibration method. Based on this, the partial coefficient design expression for the ultimate state of carrying capacity of mobile housing is established. The Monte Carlo method and the response surface simulation analysis method are used to analyze the deformation of the movable house under the normal use limit. The deformation limits of the main stressed components of the movable house based on the target reliability index are given. Removable house structure design and analysis provide a reliable theoretical basis.
