浮空器在工作状态下的实时力学性能的测定,对掌握浮空器的安全状况非常必要。通常所采用的力—位移方法无法进行浮空器实时力学性能的测量。文章利用大应变应变片对囊体材料进行测试,研究了应变片在非线性应变中的表现特性,通过对测试数据的分析,揭示了应变片中单片、花片、粘合剂,加厚垫层等对测试结果的影响,验证了应变片在浮空器囊体材料中测试应用的可行性,为其在浮空器囊体力学性能实时中的应用提供技术支持。
The determination of real-time mechanical properties of aerostats in working condition is necessary to understand the safety status of aerostats. The commonly used force-displacement method can not measure the real-time mechanical properties of aerostats. In this paper, the material of the capsule is tested with a large strain strain gauge, and the performance characteristics of the strain gauge in the nonlinear strain are studied. The analysis of the test data reveals that the strain gauge of a single piece, a slice, an adhesive, Cushion and so on to the test result. It verifies the feasibility of testing the strain gage in the aerosol capsule material and provides technical support for the application of the strain gage in real time.
