I. In 2002, the “3+X” subject reform in our college entrance examination will use “3+ small comprehensive”, namely: “3+ arts synthesis” and “3+ science integration.” In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the “3+X” subject reform in the college entrance examination and the smooth progress of the reform of middle school curriculum and teaching methods, the reform of the college entrance examination and the reform of the secondary school are complementary and mutually reinforcing. The Provincial Department of Education established the “3+X” reform leadership led by the head of the college entrance examination.
