一、概述凸轮轴是发动机配气机构中的主要零件,其形状和精度对发动机性能有很大影响,是发动机关键零件之一。所以,对其制造精度提出了严格的要求。目前我厂生产 EQ1401、E Q245、EQ2D 140三个车型的凸轮轴共有三个品种。毛坯均为锻件,机加工主要工艺流程为:铣端面钻中心孔→车主轴颈及开裆→粗磨主轴颈→滚齿、铣键槽→车削凸轮→粗磨凸轮→表面淬火→精磨主轴颈→半精磨、精磨凸轮。我厂对大批量生产的 EQ140-1汽车凸轮轴,采用了专用机床流水线的生产方式。而对批量较小(年生产纲领5千辆份左右)的 EQ245和 EQ2D 140汽车凸轮轴,由于
