我院自1961～1981年间共收治非功能性甲状腺疾患588例,除甲状腺癌及未经手术治疗的病例以外,本文仅就经手术治疗并经病理检查的528例进行分析。临床资料 528例中,男性121例,女性407例,男女之比为1:3.36;年令最小为7岁,最大72岁,其中20-50岁为342例,占81.6％。病史从首次发现肿物(或结节)开始,最短10天,最长35年,绝大多数在5年之内,共464例,占86.0％。本组病例按术后病理检查结果分析分为以下几类疾患。
In our hospital, 588 cases of non-functional thyroid diseases were treated and treated from 1961 to 1981. Except for thyroid cancer and non-surgical cases, only 528 cases that were treated by surgery and pathological examination were analyzed.
