1996-1997年的超高产夏玉米栽培试验研究表明,超高产夏玉米的最大叶面积指数可达57左右,叶片的功能期长,叶面积40以上的时间在60d以上,总光合势大,净同化率高。营养器官干物质积累的高峰期在吐丝后30d前后,吐丝前后的干物质积累比例约为4∶6,经济系数在44%左右。研究还发现,黄淮海地区玉米生长季节的天气条件尤其是日照时间是影响玉米产量的重要因素。
