之前,《海峡都市报》联合新浪教育频道推出了“教师幸福感”特别调查。在调查中,71.1%的老师和51.7%的公众认为,教师是一个很累并且没有成就感的职业,仅13.2%的教师的职业幸福感较高。教师追求职业幸福感是社会发展过程中的产物,这是大环境,不易改变。当然,也有学校内部管理的因素,这是小环境,是可以改变的。笔者认为,只要学校积极作为,是可以提升教师职业幸福感的。一、积极引导,树立正确的职业幸福观
