采用4种不同的表面喷涂工艺对汽车磨损零件进行了修复处理,对喷涂涂层的孔隙率、显微硬度、表面喷涂涂层形貌和磨损形貌进行了观察。结果表明,4种喷涂修复粉末颗粒中,NiCrBSiFe粉末颗粒的尺寸分散性最大,但是圆整度最高。整个涂层中显微硬度与孔隙率有一定关系,复合涂层中并不是粉末种类越多越好。较为适宜的汽车磨损零件喷涂修复粉末的组合为:TiO_2+Cr_2O_3+NiCrBSiFe,这是因为此时的涂层中同时含有陶瓷相和润滑相,且孔隙率较低而显微硬度较高。
Four different surface spraying technologies were used to repair the automobile wear parts. The porosity, microhardness, surface morphology and wear morphology of the sprayed coatings were observed. The results showed that NiCrBSiFe powder particles had the largest size dispersion but the highest roundness among the four spray-repaired powder particles. The microhardness of the coating and porosity have a certain relationship, the composite coating is not the type of powder, the better. The more suitable combination of the automotive wear parts spray repair powder is: TiO 2 + Cr 2 O 3 + NiCrBSiFe, because the coating at this time contains both the ceramic phase and the lubricating phase, and the porosity is lower and the microhardness is higher.
