中小润滑油厂在社会上存在有一定的合理性。但是,值得强调的是,中小厂应把握好自己的市场定位:一是要分清优势和劣势;二是要在服务上下工夫;三是应从低价竞争走向品质竞争;四是重在开拓本地市场;五是把满足市场需求作为追求的目标。总的说来,中小油厂不宜与大公司开展正面的市场竞争,而应在搞好本地市场及需求调查的基础上,开拓适销对路的产品,加强服务,与大公司实现优势互补。
Small and medium-sized lubricants plant in the community there is a certain rationality.
