采用偏高岭土和氢氧化钠为主要原料合成4A沸石及其前驱体和地质聚合物;对合成的样品进行X射线衍射分析和NH4+离子交换试验,试验结果表明,4A沸石前驱体和地质聚合物具有相似的XRD图和相近的离子交换能力,从而确定地质聚合物具有类似沸石前驱体的三维网状骨架结构特征。
The zeolite 4A and its precursors and geopolymer were synthesized by using metakaolin and sodium hydroxide as raw materials. The synthesized samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and NH4 + ion exchange. The results showed that zeolite 4A and geopolymer had Similar XRD patterns and similar ion exchange capacity, so as to confirm that the geological polymer has the similar three-dimensional network structure characteristics of the zeolite precursor.
