通过调研B乳品集团液奶上游各环节的生产运营情况和供应链的结构,选取适宜的评价指标,构建符合实际生产的“打开黑箱”的K-H效率评价模型,对31个具有树形结构的DMU进行效率测度.结果表明:K-H模型测算的整体效率值小于传统CCR,对于甄别无效决策单元前者更有效;对第二阶段含有中间投入的决策单元,测度整体效率值时可将中间投入视为第一阶段存在着一个效率值为1的虚拟子系统的投入,子系统与整体系统效率值存在着一定的等式关系.
By investigating the production and operation and the structure of the supply chain in the upper reaches of milk liquid of Group B dairy products, the appropriate evaluation indexes were selected to build the KH efficiency evaluation model of "Open Black Box DMU was used to measure the efficiency of the model.Results show that the overall efficiency of KH model is less than the traditional CCR, which is more effective for the former decision-making unit of invalid decision-making unit. For the decision-making unit containing the intermediate input in the second stage, For the first stage, there is an input of virtual subsystem with efficiency value of 1, and there is a certain equality relationship between subsystem and total system efficiency value.
