本文研究了稀土对铝合金中不同合金元素的分布和枝晶偏析的影响。研究表明,当合金中稀土加入量较少时,合金中的稀土没有富集现象;当加入量较多时,合金中的稀土主要与合金元素作用形成化合物。稀土的加入增加了与工业纯铝中杂质元素、Al-Cu和Al-Cu-Li合金中Cu等元素形成化合物的趋势和能力,增大了这类元素的枝晶偏析;减小了Al-Zn-Mg合金基体中Zn、Mg等合金元素形成化合物的趋势和能力,而对其枝晶偏析影响不大。稀土对铝合金中合金元素的枝晶偏析和化合物形成的趋势和能力,可根据元素之间尺寸因素和电负性因素的交互作用强度给出定性解释。
In this paper, the effects of rare earth on the distribution and dendrite segregation of different alloying elements in aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that rare earth is not enriched when the rare earth is added in the alloy. When the adding amount is large, the rare earth in the alloy mainly forms the compound with alloying elements. The addition of rare earth increases the tendency and ability to form compounds with the impurity elements in industrial pure aluminum, Al-Cu and Al-Cu-Li alloys, and increases the dendritic segregation of these elements, and reduces the amount of Al- Zn-Mg alloy matrix Zn, Mg and other alloying elements to form compounds trends and capabilities, and dendrite segregation little effect. The dendrite segregation of alloying elements in the aluminum alloy and the tendency and ability of the formation of the compounds by the rare earth can be qualitatively explained according to the intensity of the interaction between the size factors and the electronegativity factors.
