1949年1月6日至17日,毛泽东和斯大林就中国军政形势、如何答复南京政府邀请外国政府居间调停国共停战议和、苏联援助等事宜频繁交换函电,商谈对策。2005年,莫斯科历史思想文献出版社出版了俄罗斯科学院远东研究所、俄罗斯联邦外交部历史文献司和俄罗斯联邦档案局合作编辑的《20世纪俄中关系》之第5卷《苏中关系1946—1950》,公布了俄罗斯联邦总统档案中所收藏的这些函电。函电中的一部分,曾在1994年俄罗斯《近现代史》第4、5期公开发表过。中国人民解放军军事科学院王福曾同志根据《苏中关系1946—1950》公布的档案,翻译了这些函电。其中内容并不能替代中方档案的内容。本刊予以发表,供研究参考。
From January 6 to January 17, 1949, Mao Zedong and Stalin frequently exchanged letters of calls and negotiated solutions on how the situation of China’s military affairs and government responded to the Nanjing government’s invitation to invite the foreign government to mediate the cease-fire agreement and the Soviet aid. In 2005, the Moscow Historical and Cultural Documents Publishing House published Volume 5 of “Relations between Russia and China in the 20th Century” edited by Far East Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences, Department of Historical Documents of the Russian Federation Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Archives of the Russian Federation, 1946-1950 “, Which published the correspondences contained in the presidential archives of the Russian Federation. Part of the correspondence was published in the fourth and fifth installments of Russia’s ”Modern History“ in 1994. These letters were translated by Comrade Wang Fuzeng of the Academy of Military Science of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army on the basis of the archives published in ”Sino-Soviet Relations 1946-1950." The content does not replace the contents of the Chinese file. This publication is published for research reference.
