目的探讨3D照相技术辅助精准美学设计在鼻整形中的临床应用效果。方法手术前与求美者有效沟通,应用3D照相技术采集求美者全面部形态的原始数据,应用3D模拟软件face sculptor进行三维立体成像及数据分析。与求美者一起确定理想的鼻背长度、高度、弧度、鼻尖突出度,鼻小柱-上唇角,鼻额角等鼻部美学亚单位形态,获得双方认可的、理想的鼻部三维立体效果。医师通过对设计后的效果进行测量,指导术中操作并完成手术。结果本组共102例求美者。其中95例对术后效果满意;4例术后鼻尖突出度降低,鼻尖下旋,行Ⅱ期手术修复后效果满意;2例出现鼻背轻微偏斜,不影响美观;1例术后1个月出现不明原因感染,给予局部清创后好转;无其他术后并发症发生。结论 3D照相技术值得在整形美容领域推广。
Objective To explore the clinical application of 3D photographic aided precision aesthetic design in rhinoplasty. Methods Before the operation, we communicated with the beautician effectively, applied 3D camera technology to collect the original data of the whole facial shape of the beauty examiner, and applied 3D facestock sculptor to carry out 3D stereo imaging and data analysis. Together with the United States, determine the ideal nasal length, height, curvature, nasal protrusion, nasal columella - upper lip, nasal angle and other nasal aesthetic subunits morphology, both sides recognized, the ideal three-dimensional nasal effect. The physician measures the effects of the design, guides the procedure and completes the procedure. Results This group a total of 102 cases of beauty. Among them, 95 cases were satisfied with the postoperative results; 4 cases had lower nasal protrusion, less nose rotation and satisfactory results after operation Ⅱ. Slight deviation of nasal back occurred in 2 cases, Month unexplained infection, give local debridement improved; no other postoperative complications. Conclusion 3D photography is worth popularizing in the field of plastic surgery.
