甘肃省大部分国省干线公路建成于上世纪八十至九十年代,路面结构多以半刚性基层为主,在重载交通作用下基层已出现破坏,改建、大修工程比例不断扩大。近年来,沥青路面再生技术在我省公路养护维修工程中逐步推广应用,采用全深式冷再生技术对国省干线旧沥青面层和基层加以再生利用,不仅可以节约筑路材料、降低造价,而且可以恢复、提高旧路强度,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。本文通过对国道312线养护维修工程中应用全深式就地冷再生技术的应用总结,对其应用范围、材料选择、结构设计、施工工艺和施工质量控制等方面做进一步的探讨,开展沥青路面就地冷再生技术在养护维修工程中的应用研究。
Most national and provincial trunk roads in Gansu Province were built in the 80s and 90s in the last century. The pavement structure is mainly dominated by semi-rigid grassroots. The grassroots units under heavy traffic have been damaged and the proportions of alterations and overhauls have been continuously expanded. In recent years, asphalt pavement regeneration technology in our province highway maintenance and repair project gradually promote the use of full-depth cold regeneration technology on the national trunk line of old asphalt surface and grassroots to be recycled, not only can save road materials, reduce the cost, And can be restored to improve the strength of the old road, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
