中国质量协会陈秀云:南京钢铁股份有限公司卓越绩效班组管理体系以卓越绩效理念为核心、公司战略发展为指引、全员参与为特色,建立了“行政主抓、工会配合、部门协作”班组建设模式,其“目标一致的共进机制、标准明确的制度机制、经费保障的激励机制、部门协同的互动机制”为班组建设提供了保障和支撑。卓越绩效班组建设经过三年的有益探索和实践,特别在标准作业为抓手的质量工具方法的应用与实施方面,为班组的过程管理提供了经验,值得各类型班组学习、借鉴和推广。
