政党是特定社会群体利益的代表,党群关系是事关政党兴衰成败的重要因素。纵观世界政坛,大部分国外政党均从战略高度重视党群关系,积极回应民众利益关切,采取多种手段加强与群众的联系。国外政党在密切党群关系方面的一些主要做法和经验教训,对于中国共产党加强自身建设具有一定启示意义。 Political parties represent the interests of specific social groups. The relationship between the party and the masses is an important factor in the success or failure of a political party. Looking at the world politics, most foreign political parties all attach great importance to the party-masses relations from a strategic point of view, actively respond to public interest concerns and adopt various measures to strengthen their ties with the masses. Some major practices and lessons learned by foreign parties in the relations between the party and the masses have some enlightenment significance for the CPC in strengthening its own building.
