对粒重不同的2 个纯合稳定普通玉米自交系和2 个爆裂玉米自交系及其间正、反交4个组合杂交当代的子粒灌浆特性研究结果表明:(1) 爆裂玉米自交系及其间杂交当代的百粒重及子粒灌浆速率均明显小于普通玉米,且授粉后30 ~40 d 灌浆速率即急剧下降;(2) 各组合杂交当代的百粒重均高于母本自交系,超母本优势均为正值,平均及超父本优势取决于父、母本粒重的相对大小。杂交当代的百粒重与其父、母本均呈极显著的正相关,但与母本的相关系数大于父本;(3)不同部位子粒百粒重均表现为下部> 中部> 上部,且授粉后20 d 差异极小,之后差异增大;(4) 灌浆速率的高低和有效灌浆期的长短是导致不同材料及不同部位子粒百粒重差异的主要直接原因,爆裂玉米子粒体积小可能是灌浆速率的限制因素。
