[目的]分析β-cat、iNOS和COX-2在喉癌组织的表达情况,探讨三者在喉癌中的作用。[方法]应用免疫组织化学法检测10例正常喉黏膜和30例喉癌组织中β-cat、iNOS和COX-2蛋白表达。[结果]正常喉黏膜组织iNOS、COX-2未见表达,而β-cat膜表达。喉癌组织内β-cat胞质大量表达,膜表达明显降低。胞质β-cat表达阳性22例(73.3%),iNOS表达阳性21例(70.0%),COX-2表达阳性23例(76.6%),与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。β-cat、iNOS、COX-2的胞质表达在不同临床分期及有无淋巴结转移患者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同年龄、性别及病理分级之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]胞质β-cat、iNOS和COX-2过度表达与喉癌分期、淋巴结转移相关。β-cat、iNOS和COX-2在喉癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移中发挥着重要作用。
[Objective] To analyze the expression of β-cat, iNOS and COX-2 in laryngeal carcinoma and to explore their roles in laryngeal cancer. [Method] The expressions of β-cat, iNOS and COX-2 in 10 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa and 30 cases of laryngeal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] No expression of iNOS and COX-2 was found in normal laryngeal mucosa, but β-cat membrane was expressed. The expression of β-cat cytoplasm in laryngeal carcinoma was significantly decreased and the membrane expression was significantly decreased. Positive cytoplasmic β-cat expression was found in 22 cases (73.3%), iNOS positive in 21 cases (70.0%) and COX-2 positive in 23 cases (76.6%), . The cytoplasmic expression of β-cat, iNOS and COX-2 was significantly different between patients with different clinical stages and with or without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but no significant difference was found between different age, gender and pathological grade (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The overexpression of cytoplasmic β-cat, iNOS and COX-2 are correlated with the stage of laryngeal carcinoma and lymph node metastasis. β-cat, iNOS and COX-2 play an important role in the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
