The art tradition in Aboriginal culture in Australia is rich and diverse, and if Aboriginal people adopt a more permanent form of expression, they will live in woods full of drawings and engravings, as evidence of their artistic heritage . In fact, the vast majority of their works are ephemeral, even many of which are fleeting. For example, body painting is very hard to survive and the sand sculpture is eroded before it is completed. Except for some sacred objects, only murals on rock shelves, rock carvings, stone motifs, and woodcarving can survive generations, but not all of these art forms exist in Australia.
