目的：：分析药学干预对抗菌药物合理用药的影响。方法：自我院开展药学干预以来，对2012—2014年上半年的处方、病例点评结果进行统计分析；对抗菌药物使用率、使用强度、微生物样本送检统计资料等进行对比分析。结果：通过药学干预等一系列措施，我院的抗菌药物使用率、使用强度均呈逐年下降趋势，处方合格率逐年提高，抗菌药物使用趋于合理。“,”Purpose Analyze the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on the rational use of antibacterial drugs. Method Since the action of pharmaceutical intervention was carried in our hospital, statistical analysis has been done on the results of prescription and on the remarks of some cases from 2012 to the first half of 2014, and comparative analysis has been done on the frequency, use intensity and statistical material of microorganism sample inspected. Result By using series methods of pharmaceutical intervention, the rate of antibacterial drugs use and intensity has been declining year by year. The qualified rate has been raised and the use of antibacterial drug has been increasingly rational.
