为了提高教师将信息技术应用于教学的实战能力,作者通过调研和培训积累,面向农村地区中小学教师开发了信息能力培训课程并予以实施。为解决培训效果不理想问题,围绕“如何对培训进行评价”进行研究设计,采用评价研究法建立起培训评价指标体系,开发评价量规、问卷等评价工具集,通过培训的行动研究对其评价工具、操作流程、操作方法进行修正,确定成为教师信息能力培训评价体系。本评价体系操作性强,有实效,为校本培训、区域性培训项目的评价设计和实施提供借鉴参考。
In order to improve teachers’ practical ability to apply information technology to teaching, the author develops and implements information ability training courses for primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas through research and training accumulation. In order to solve the problem of unsatisfactory training effects, we set up a training evaluation index system based on “How to Evaluate Training”, set up a training evaluation index system, and develop evaluation tools such as evaluation rules and questionnaires. Through the training action research, Evaluation tools, operational processes, methods of operation to be amended to determine a teacher information skills training evaluation system. The evaluation system is practical and effective, providing references for the school-based training and the evaluation and design of regional training programs.
