青岛港年平均浓雾日达51.2天,轻雾日106.9天,严重地影响船舶进出港安全和港口生产。我们根据青岛港的气候、地形特点和国内现有条件,从1976年7月起,利用国产“751”型船用导航雷达,进行了港口导航试验。经过多次试验,于1977年5月份开始试用,到7月底,为各类进出港船舶导航75次,在一定程度上解决了雾日船舶进出港的困难。 通过一年来的试验与实际使用,我们有以下体会。
The annual average fog day of Qingdao Port reached 51.2 days and 106.9 days on the Fog Day, which seriously affected the safety of ships entering and leaving port and the port production. According to the climate and topographic features of Qingdao Port and the existing conditions in our country, we conducted the port navigation test from July 1976 onwards using the “751” -type marine navigation radar made in China. After several tests, it began trial operation in May 1977 and by the end of July, it had navigated 75 times for all kinds of ships passing in and out of Hong Kong, to a certain extent, solved the difficulties of entering and leaving the harbor on foggy day. Through the year of trial and actual use, we have the following experience.
