本文分析了６６例９９眼高度近视放射状角膜切开术后２年的疗效，术前平均屈光度－１０．６０Ｄ，角膜屈光４４．６０Ｄ。术后屈光度平均下降－６．７０Ｄ，角膜屈光下降５．４０Ｄ。术后视力≥０．５者占３３．３％，≥１．０者占６．０６％。高度近视放射状角膜切开术，性别与术后屈光度及角膜屈光下降程度无明显差异；眼轴长度≤２７．５ｍｍ与＞２７．５ｍｍ两组间无明显差异；＜３０岁与≥３０岁两年龄组间比较有显著性差异，年龄越大屈光度下降越多。所以高度近视年龄≥３０者效果更为理想。
