青年教师是大学可持续发展的主要力量,从青年体育教师成长为优秀体育教师有其成才的基本规律。研究专家型体育教师有助于发现青年体育教师成长的内在规律,从而缩短从任教到成为专家体育教师的过程,有利于在高等学校中培养优秀体育教师。目前对于青年体育教师成长为优秀体育教师的基本规律缺乏研究。文章从这方面进行探讨, 为培养优秀体育教师提供理论依据。 Young teachers are the main force for the sustainable development of universities. From the young PE teachers to excellent PE teachers, they have the basic law of their success. Researching on expert physical education teachers can help to find out the inherent law of the growth of young physical education teachers, so as to shorten the process from teaching to becoming an expert physical education teacher, which is conducive to cultivating outstanding physical education teachers in colleges and universities. At present, there is a lack of research on the basic rules that young PE teachers grow into excellent PE teachers. The article explores from this aspect, provides the theory basis for training excellent physical education teachers.
