分别利用氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans,简称T.f菌)、氧化硫硫杆菌(Thiobacillus thiooxidans,简称T.t菌)及以上两种混合菌对铊矿尾矿进行浸矿实验。实验结果表明:随着浸出时间的增加,各实验组p H不断降低,EC不断升高,Fe2+浓度先降后升;重金属As的浸出效果为:T.f菌>混合菌>T.t菌>空白,Cu的浸出效果为:T.t菌>T.f菌>混合菌>空白,Tl的浸出效果为:混合菌>T.t菌>T.f菌>空白,Zn的浸出效果为:混合菌>T.f菌>T.t菌>空白;单菌和混合菌实验组对重金属的浸出能力依次为:Cu>As>Zn>Cr>Tl>Cd。表明T.f菌和T.t菌的存在将会促进铊尾矿中重金属的溶出,从而将加剧矿区环境污染。

It is indicated that the presence of T.f and T.t bacteria will promote the dissolution of heavy metals in the thallium tailings, which will aggravate the environmental pollution in the mining area.
