针对高师体育系体操普修课教学的现状及教学模式存在的问题,在体操普修课中进行了类根教学的实验研究,通过92~96级4个年级进行的教学实验表明类根教学对提高高师体育系体操普修课教学整体质量和预防运动创伤具有明显的效果.
According to the current situation of PE general course teaching and the existing problems of teaching mode in PE Department of normal university, experimental research on root-like teaching in gymnastic general course is carried out. The teaching experiment conducted in four grades from 92 to 96 shows that the root-like teaching Improve the overall quality of physical education general gymnastics teaching and prevention of sports trauma has obvious effect.
