应用毛白杨不减数2n花粉回交和花粉种子辅射等技术,最终选育出毛白杨异源三倍体北林B301等20个无性系。异源三倍体选育成功导致在材积生长上有重大突破。从现有8年生毛白杨回交三倍体最优无性系(B301)生长来看,它的单株材积(0.3603m3)比自然二倍体(0.1014m3)高出2.5倍。干型、冠型、叶形都有巨大性表现,抗性也比二倍体强。这批三倍体的出现,表明我国已拥有自己的白杨三倍体并用于生产。在林木遗传育种上有重要理论与实践价值。
Application of Populus tomentosides 2n pollen backcrossing and pollen seed projectile and other techniques, the final selection of Populus tomentosa hybrid triploid Bolin North Forest B301 20 clones. Successful alloteric breeding resulted in a major breakthrough in volume growth. From the existing 8-year-old Populus tomentosa triploid best clone (B301) growth point of view, its single plant product (0.3603m3) 2.5 times higher than the natural diploid (0.1014m3). Dry type, crown type, leaf shape has a huge performance, resistance is also stronger than diploid. The emergence of these triploid shows that our country already has its own poplar triploid and used for production. There are important theoretical and practical values in the genetic breeding of trees.
