为研究NDV7793对肺腺癌皮下移植瘤小鼠肿瘤组织CEACAM1蛋白表达的影响,我们取72只健康C57BL/6小鼠,建模后随机分为3组(每组24只):PBS阴性对照组、顺铂阳性对照组和NDV7793给药组。观察各组小鼠的生存期及肿瘤生长情况;通过流式及免疫组化检测各组小鼠肿瘤组织CEACAM1表达水平。发现NDV7793给药组生存期显著长于PBS阴性对照组及顺铂阳性对照组,NDV7793给药组较顺铂阳性对照组抑瘤率更高,顺铂阳性对照组较PBS阴性对照组及NDV7793给药组小鼠肿瘤组织CEACAM1的表达水平更强,且NDV7793给药组较PBS阴性对照组小鼠肿瘤组织CEACAM1的表达水平更弱。提示NDV7793对肺腺癌皮下移植瘤小鼠的疗效比顺铂更佳,不仅延长小鼠生存期及抑制肿瘤生长,而且抑制肿瘤组织CEACAM1蛋白表达。
In order to study the effect of NDV7793 on CEACAM1 protein expression in lung adenocarcinoma xenografts in nude mice, 72 healthy C57BL / 6 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups (24 in each group): PBS-negative control group , Cisplatin positive control group and NDV7793 administration group. The survival and tumor growth of mice in each group were observed. The expression of CEACAM1 in tumor tissues was detected by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. The survival of NDV7793-treated group was significantly longer than that of PBS-negative control group and cisplatin-positive control group. The tumor inhibition rate of NDV7793-treated group was higher than that of cisplatin-positive control group. Compared with PBS-negative control group and NDV7793- The expression level of CEACAM1 in the tumor tissue of the mice was stronger than that in the control group, and the expression level of CEACAM1 in the NDV7793-administered group was weaker than that in the PBS-negative control group. These results suggest that NDV7793 is more effective than cisplatin in subcutaneously transplanted lung adenocarcinoma mice, which not only prolongs survival and inhibits tumor growth but also inhibits CEACAM1 protein expression.
