目的研究纤维结肠镜下用超声刀切除直肠肿瘤的安全性。方法利用纤维结肠镜技术,在直肠充气的情况下用腹腔镜专用的5mm超声刀、圈套器对4头大白猪的模拟直肠肿瘤分别距齿状线5、8、10、15cm处进行套扎切除。结果肿瘤距齿状线5、8、10和15cm猪的平均手术时间分别是5、8、15和25min。肿瘤距齿状线5、8、10和15cm处猪的术后肠瘘发生率分别是0、0、0和。结论在距齿状线10cm以内进行纤维结肠镜下超声刀直肠肿瘤切除术安全、微创、手术时间短。
Objective To study the safety of resection of rectal tumors with ultrasonic scleroscope under fiber colonoscopy. Methods Fibro colonoscopy was used to resect four simulated rectal tumors of large white pigs at 5, 8, 10, and 15 cm from the dentate line with laparoscopic special 5mm scalpel and snare under rectal inflation. . Results The mean time to surgery for tumors at 5, 8, 10 and 15 cm from dentate lines was 5, 8, 15 and 25 min, respectively. The incidence of postoperative intestinal fistula in pigs at 5, 8, 10 and 15 cm from the dentate line was 0, 0, 0 and 0, respectively. Conclusions The sonographic resection of the colon and rectum under fiber colonoscopy within 10cm from the dentate line is safe and minimally invasive, and the operation time is short.
