针对甘肃省锅炉压力容器检验中对锅炉压力容器技术登录本中有关安全阀排汽量的校核计算 ,发现各电厂对安全阀排汽量的计算比较紊乱 ,校核计算结果误差已达 2 0~ 30 %。因此通过对一些锅炉、压力容器安全阀排汽量的典型计算 ,查明了计算中误差的原因是有的引用标准不合理 ,有些是计算公式的参数取用不当。提出在以后锅炉压力容器技术登录中 ,必须采用锅炉、压力容器所对应的标准所推荐的安全阀排汽量公式进行计算 ,才能有效解决目前在安全阀排汽量校核计算中的误差 ,确保锅炉压力容器的安全运行。
