本文从安庆烟草企业愿景建设的现实状况出发,针对其建设过程中出现的流程不规范和推广效果不明显等关键问题,研究确定了以推动成长型员工的塑成、成长型团队的构建和成长型企业的转型为安庆烟草愿景建设的目标,提出以人为本、务实高效、循序渐进和开放融合的四大愿景建设原则,并从实施组织、载体和流程等方面对其微观建设步骤进行了设计。
Based on the reality of the vision of Anqing Tobacco Company, this paper aims at the key problems such as the non-standard process and the ineffective promotion effect in the process of its construction. The study determined that to promote the construction and growth of a growing team of growth-oriented employees Type enterprise’s transformation is the goal of Anqing tobacco’s vision construction, put forward the four vision of building a people-oriented, pragmatic and efficient, gradual and open integration principle, and design its microscopic construction steps from the aspects of organization, carrier and flow.
