在内螺纹加工中,人们多采用成套手用丝锥,加工大尺寸螺纹则劳动强度大、生产效率低;加工小尺寸螺纹,由于丝锥强度低,常发生丝锥扭断。若采用钻床加工,由于力矩大小难以控制,丝锥也容易发生扭断。 我厂有一零件,材料为30CrNi2MoVA热处理后硬度为37~42HRC,要求在该零件上加工M6的内螺纹。由于该材料的韧性特好,同时硬度又高,多次尝试采用手工及钻床攻丝,稍有不慎,即发生丝锥扭断,情况很是棘手。 我们依据丝锥工作的特点,分析了各种加工方法丝锥扭断的原因,对现有丝锥稍加改制在钻床上实现
