职业倦怠是指助人职业中的工作者面对过度工作需求时,所产生的身体和情绪的极度疲惫状态。职业倦怠往往带给教师的身心、教学及社会一定的负面影响。本文从以下几方面提出了减缓教师职业倦怠的具体建议:通过加大对学校管理工作的参与力度与管理权力;通过创造良好的工作内外部环境,来提升中小学管理层教师工作满意度;体现发展与晋升考核标准的奖惩性、公平性、发展性、多维性;创造理论与实践的学习、交流机会。
Occupational burnout refers to the extremely exhausted state of body and emotion produced by workers in assisted occupations in the face of excessive work demands. Job burnout often brings negative influences on teachers’ physical and mental, teaching and social functions. This paper puts forward concrete proposals to alleviate teachers’ job burnout from the following aspects: by increasing the participation and management of school management; by creating a good internal and external environment to improve the job satisfaction of primary and secondary management teachers; Development and promotion of the assessment standards of rewards and punishments, fairness, development, multi-dimensional; to create theory and practice of learning, exchange of opportunities.
