企业发展的关键是良好的效益,员工发展的关键是突出的业绩,抓好上述“两个关键”的核心手段是绩效管理,绩效管理的核心是考核办法。笔者以中小型生产企业绩效考核实践为依据,提出定性、定量、专业考核三结合的绩效考核办法以及对改进绩效管理的思考,以期进一步提高中小型生产企业的绩效管理水平。
The key to enterprise development is good benefits. The key to staff development is outstanding performance. The key to achieving the above “two key points” is performance management. The core of performance management is the assessment method. Based on the performance appraisal practice of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, the author puts forward the performance appraisal methods combining qualitative, quantitative and professional appraisal as well as the thinking of improving performance management, with a view to further improving the performance management level of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
