以OM型人红细胞膜血型糖蛋白A为抗原,通过交瘤技术,获得一株稳定分泌抗M血型抗原的单抗细胞株(4E6)。所分泌抗体类型为IgG2b。4E6能特异性识别M型血型糖蛋白A的双聚体及单体;4E6与M型PanelA红细胞呈持异性反应;临床初步应用表明,4E6可用于对M、N血型系统的分型。
Using OM-type human erythrocyte glycoprotein A as an antigen, a monoclonal antibody (4E6) cell line stably secreting anti-M-type antigens was obtained by a cross-tumor technique. The type of antibody secreted is IgG2b. 4E6 can specifically recognize the dimer and monomer of M glycoprotein A. 4E6 and M type PanelA erythrocytes are heterosexual reaction. Preliminary clinical application shows that 4E6 can be used to classify M and N blood group.
